PREPARING YOUR COMPUTER FILES
Pulling graphics from a website
If the file you want to print was pulled from a website, it most likely will NOT be a high enough resolution file to digitally reproduce.
Minimum resolution
For digital printing the MINIMUM resolution is 72 dpi at ACTUAL OUTPUT SIZE. That means if your file is sized at 1'x1' and you want to output a 2'x2', your file must have a resolution of DOUBLE the original -- in this example, 144 dpi. 3'x3' is triple the original resolution or 72 x 3 = 216 dpi, etc.
Acceptable file formats
We accept the following file formats:
- PDF
- EPS
- JPEG
- Tiff
- Freehand

Log onto: www.yousendit.com This website allows you to send files up to 100 mb large to our email account. Enter our email address as the "Recipient". Our address is: rhino@rhinobiz.com. From that site, you can upload the file(s) you would like to send us.
Final Steps
We care about your order and want to make sure that everything is accurate. Therefore, once we receive your order and files, you will be contacted to discuss this in detail. An order form -- spelling out all of your requirements (with prices) -- will be faxed to you. You must fax that back to us with your signature and credit card information before we process your order. We will be happy to send you a "pdf" file for proof to view before we process the order.
