1. Print and Complete our "Printing Instructions" Order form. Click here to access a pdf file.
2. Submit the completed form with your originals by mailing to:

We will need to know:
- The date we should expect the package
- The type of package (e.g. letter, small box, etc.)
- The carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.)
- A phone number to reach you
The office to which you will be mailing a package is open to receive packages Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., with the exception of major Holidays. Do not send packages for Saturday delivery, or for Early A.M. unless you work out these arrangements ahead of time with a Rhino staff member.
