With the Morial Convention Center's 1.1 million square feet of exhibit space, an electric scooter or wheelchair will ensure that your attendees will have the optimum experience at your event.
If you have attendees who might be in need of a mobility scooter while they are at the Morial Convention Center, Rhino can arrange to have a scooter waiting for them when they arrive. Attendees can store their scooters with us each evening (where we will re-charge the scooters) or they can take the scooters to neighboring hotels. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
Promoting Scooter Rentals on your website and Advance Registration Material: Because we require Advance Reservations (with approximately a 72-
hour notice) anything you can do to help get the word out to your attendees is strongly encouraged to help your attendees have the optimum experience at your event. There are two effective ways to promote this service:
1. YOUR WEBSITE: List Rhino's scooter rental information on your website under your "Special Needs" section and add this link so that customers can be directed to our on-line rental reservation form:

2. EMAIL BLAST TO ATTENDEES: We have a very effective email piece (with photos) that you can send to your attendees. It contains rental information as well as our location and hours of operation. The blast links to a reservation form. If you are interested in this, please ask us to send you an example.
FLEET RENTALS: If you are interested in arranging for large quantities of scooters to be available to your attendees, please write to: rhino@rhinobiz.com and specify your needs.
