Rhino offers outbound shipping services for all packages that weigh 150 pounds or less.  We will arrange for pickup from the following carriers:  UPS, FedEx and DHL.   All packages must be received by us at the business center no later than 4 p.m. Monday - Friday to go out with the designated carriers.  Packages received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day (Monday, unless there is a holiday).

All packages need to be brought to our business center.  We cannot pickup packages at your booth.   If you need to borrow a hand cart, we loan them out for free for 30-minute usage, first come/first serve.

If you wish to ship using your own account number:

• We will schedule a pickup on your behalf.  Same day pickups must be received by 4 p.m. in order for us to schedule a pickup.
  

• Even though you are shipping under your own account number, Rhino will charge a PER PACKAGE handling fee based on weight for any package that is left with us to forward to the appropriate carrier.  
  

Handling Fees are as follows:

• Letters and Packs:  $5.00
  

• Parcels, 1 pound to 25 pounds: $10.00
  

• Parcels, 26 pounds to 50 pounds:  $15.00
  

• Parcels, 51 pounds to 100 pounds:  $20.00
  

• Parcels, 100 pounds plus:  $25.00 (maximum weight of 150 pounds)
  

If you do not have your own account number:

• We will ship your package via UPS using Rhino's account number.  A surcharge will apply to published UPS rates.
  

If you need packing supplies, we carry a large assortment of corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, packing tape, markers, etc.
